Abstract
Darbā izvērtēta dzīvesvietu raksturojošo rādītāju nozīme mājsaimniecību ar bērniem dzīvei Ādažos, kas pēc iedzīvotāju skaita ir viena no lielākajām Rīgas piepilsētas apdzīvotajām vietām. Pētījumā salīdzināts dzīvesvietas novērtējums starp mājsaimniecībām ar nepilngadīgiem bērniem, mājsaimniecībām ar pirmsskolas vecuma bērniem un pārējām mājsaimniecībām. Darba galvenie rezultāti iegūti, veicot mājsaimniecību aptauju un īstenojot daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar ekspertiem pašvaldībā. Papildus analizēts arī nepilngadīgu un pirmsskolas vecuma bērnu ģeogrāfiskais izvietojums Ādažos un apkārtnes ciemos. Pētījumā analizēts gan pakalpojumu infrastruktūras nodrošinājums, kā arī dzīvesvietas apkārtnes un drošības aspekti, gan arī ieguvumi un priekšrocības un turpmākie svarīgākie risināmie jautājumi Ādažos. Veiktais pētījums ļaus labāk izprast ģimeņu ar bērniem vajadzības un vēlmes dzīvei Ādažos. Darba rezultāti var palīdzēt pašvaldībai uzlabot un pilnveidot pilsētvides kvalitāti. Darbu veido anotācija latviešu un angļu valodā, 5 nodaļas, diskusija, secinājumi un priekšlikumi, kā arī izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts.
The study examines the importance of indicators that characterize the residential satisfaction for households with children in Ādaži, one of the most populous and growing suburban areas of the Rīga Metropolitan Area. The study conducts a comparative analysis of residential satisfaction among households with minor children, households with preschool-aged children, and other types of households. The primary findings of the study were derived from an online household survey and semi-structured interviews conducted with experts from the local municipality. Furthermore, an analysis was performed on the geographical distribution of minors and preschool children in Ādaži and the surrounding villages. The research examined the provision of service infrastructure, along with various elements of the living environment and safety, as well as the benefits, advantages, and primary issues that need to be addressed in Ādaži municipality. This study seeks to deepen the understanding of the needs and preferences of households with children residing in Ādaži. The outcomes of this research are designed to aid the local municipality in enhancing and developing the quality of the suburban environment. The Master’s thesis consists of an abstract in Latvian and English, five chapters, a discussion, conclusions and recommendations, as well as a list of references.
