Abstract
Darbā ir apkopota literatūra par tandēmmasspektrometru, tā uzbūvi un darbības principiem, par imidazola jonu šķidrumu analīzi, izmantojot šķidruma hromatogrāfiju – masas spektrometriju, kā arī hidrofīlās mijiedarbības hromatogrāfiju un validāciju. Darba gaitā veikta literatūras izvērtēšana un, balstoties uz literatūras datiem, izvēlēti analīzes apstākļi. Veikta analīzes apstākļu optimizāciju un izstrādāta šķidruma hromatogrāfijas – masas spektrometrijas metode imidazola cviterjonu kvantitatīvajai noteikšanai. Veikta izstrādātās metodes validācija atbilstoši starptautiski pieņemtiem standartiem.
The theoretical part of this thesis contains a literature review about tandem masspectrometry, including general principles and construction of equipment, analysis of ionic liquids by liquid chromatography – masspectrometry, hydrophilic interaction chromatography and method validation. Data from literature were investigated. Experiment conditions for method development were set according to literature. Optimization of analytical parameters was made. Liquid chromatography – masspectrometry method for quantification of the imidazolium zwitterionic liquids was developed and validation according international standards was made.
