Informācijas sistēmu pilnveidošana uzņēmumā "DB Schenker Latvija"

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Informācijas sistēmu pilnveidošana uzņēmumā "DB Schenker Latvija” un tā mērķis ir izanalizēt DB Schenker Latvija biznesa procesa nodrošināšanai izmantotās informācijas sistēmas un izstrādāt risinājums šo sistēmu nepilnību novēršanai un pilnveidošanai. Diplomdarbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā autors iepazīstina ar izvēlēto organizāciju, tās statusu un izveides mērķiem, organizatorisko struktūru, saimnieciskās darbības virzieniem, funkcijām, ekonomiskajiem rādītājiem. Otrajā nodaļā tiek teorētiski aplūkota informācijas sistēmu būtība, to galvenie pamatelementi, klasificēšanas iespējas, izstrādes tehnoloģijas un kvalitatīvi izstrādātu informācijas sistēmu rādītāji. Pamatojoties uz teoriju, tiek veikta organizācijas informācijas sistēmu detalizēta analīze. Trešajā nodaļā autors apraksta organizācijas biznesa procesa norises kārtību no datu saņemšanas posma līdz pakalpojumu realizācijas posmam. Ceturtajā nodaļā autors definē organizācijas informācijas sistēmām atklātās nepilnības un sniedz šo sistēmu nepilnību novēršanai un to pilnveidošanai nepieciešamos risinājumus. Diplomdarba noslēguma daļā, autors, balstoties uz iegūtajiem rezultātiem, sniedz secinājumus un izstrādā priekšlikumus organizācijas biznesa procesu uzlabošanai. Darba apjoms un struktūra: Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, 42 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta un pielikumiem. Kopējais darba apjoms, neieskaitot pielikumus, ir 64 lappuses datorsalikumā. Darbā ietvertas 3 tabulas un 23 attēli. Bibliogrāfijas sarakstā iekļauti 18 avoti. Latvia" and its aim is to analyze the information systems used by DB Schenker Latvia for ensuring business processes and to develop solutions to these information system failures and their development. Bachelor thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter the author introduces the selected company, its status and objectives, organizational structure, economic activities, main functions and economic indicators. The second chapter deals theoretically with the nature of the information systems, their key elements, possibilities for their classification, output technologies and high-quality information system indicators. Based on theory detailed analysis of the organization of information systems is carried out. In the third chapter author describes the business process procedure within the company from the initial stage of receiving the data to the services' realization phase. The fourth chapter is where author defines the detected imperfections within the company's information systems and outlines necessary solutions for the improvement of the system failures. In the conclusions part of the bachelor thesis author on the basis of the obtained research results draws conclusions and makes proposals for improvement of the company's business processes. Bachelor thesis volume and structure: Bachelor thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, 42 subchapters, conclusions, proposals, list of bibliography and used information sources and appendices. The total amount of work, not including attachments, may contain 64 pages in computer. 3 tables and 23 figures are included in the bachelor thesis. 18 information sources are included within the list of bibliography.
