Abstract
EKSPRESANALĪZE, EKSPRESTESTI, TESTSTRĒMELES, DIFŪZĀS ATSTAROŠANAS SPEKTRI, DENSITOMETRIJA, FOTOMETRIJA
Darbā pētītas iespējas izmantot dzelzs noteikšanas teststrēmeles dažādu blakus faktoru ietekmē ūdens paraugos. Iegūti difūzās atstarošanas spektri un kalibrēšanas līknes Ida’s Iron Check un Iron Check testam. Izpētīta jonu spēka, šķīduma uzglabāšanas laika, pH un metālu jonu ietekme uz testu nolasījumiem. Dati, kas iegūti ar eksprestestiem Iron Check un Ida’s Iron Check salīdzināti ar datiem, kas iegūti ar fotometrisko metodi.
EXPRESS ANALYSIS, RAPID TESTS, TESTSTRIPS, DIFFUSE REFLECTION SPECTRA, DENSITOMETRY, PHOTOMETRY The possibility of application of iron test strips for the analysis of different water samples is studied including evaluation of impact of side factors. Diffuse reflection spectra and calibration curves for Ida’s Iron Check and Iron Check are obtained. Interferences by ionic strength, pH, metal ions and storage time of samples to the test strip reading are studied. Data obtained were compared with those obtained by photometric method.
