Abstract
Digitāli radītie multimediji ir svarīga mūsdienu informatīvās vides sastāvdaļa, tāpēc pasaulē aktuāla ir to saglabāšana un ievietošana informācijas sistēmās.
Risinot problēmsituāciju, pētījums sniedz Mijiedarbības triptiha modeļa apskatu, digitāli radīto multimediju un to veidu un saglabāšanas problēmu izpēti.
Empīriskā pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka 1. un 2. hipotēze ir apstiprināta daļēji, bet 3. pilnībā. Latvijā primāri tiek veikta digitalizācija, nevis digitāli radīto multimediju saglabāšana. Aktuāla ir digitalizēto multimediju ievietošana informācijas sistēmās, pievienojot detalizētus metadatus un risinot tehniskās problēmas, no kurām nozīmīgākā ir infrastruktūras nepietiekamība.
Digitally created information resources are important component of information medium and therefore their preservation and implementation in the information systems is topical in the world. While addressing the problem the thesis provides a review of the Interaction Triptych Framework, the concept and the types of digitally created multimedia and their preservation problems. The results research show that the 1st and the 2nd hypotheses are proved partly; but the 3rd completely. In Latvia the main focus is on digitalization itself while the digitally created multimedia preservation comes secondary. The implementation of digitised multimedia in information systems by adding detailed metadata and solving technical problems is topical. The major problem is the insufficiency of the infrastructure.
