Abstract
Maģistra darba “Darbā ievadīšanas procesa vadība jauno skolotāju atbalstam” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā jāpilnveido darbā ievadīšanas procesa vadība Valmieras novada pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs jauno skolotāju atbalstam. Darba aktualitāte ir pamatojama ar to, ka Latvijas izglītības sistēmā trūkst skolotāju. Skolotāju trūkums tiek definēts kā steidzami risināma problēma, kas apdraud izglītības kvalitāti. Kā viena no iespējām uzlabot situāciju, ir sniegt atbalstu jaunajiem skolotājiem. Maģistra darbā autore, analizējot teorētisko literatūru un avotus par jauno skolotāju vajadzībām un darbā ievadīšanas procesu, veica aptaujas pētījumu 17 Valmieras novada pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs. Tika anketēti Valmieras novada pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu pirmsskolas izglītības skolotāji, tika organizētas trīs daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu vadītājiem un viena daļēji strukturēta intervija ar pirmsskolas izglītības ekspertu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 84 lapaspusēm un 49 literatūras avotiem. Izstrādātas sešas tabulas, 11 attēli, 7 pielikumi. Noslēgumā ir izstrādāts darbā ievadīšanas plāns, izvirzīti 10 ieteikumi un 12 secinājumi.
The aim of the Master's Thesis “Onboarding Process Management to Support Novice Teachers” is to find out how to improve the management of the induction process in pre-school educational institutions of Valmiera region to support novice pre-school teachers. The relevance of the research is justified by the fact that the education system of Latvia lacks teachers. The shortage of teachers is defined as an urgent problem that threatens the quality of education. One of the options to improve the situation is to provide support to novice teachers. Based on the analysis of theoretical literature and sources on the needs of novice teachers and the induction process, the author of the Master's Thesis carried out survey in 17 pre-school education institutions in Valmiera region. The questionnaires were filled out by preschool teachers in 17 preschool educational institutions in Valmiera region. Three semi-structured interviews were organized with the heads of pre-school educational institutions and one semi-structured interview with a pre-school education expert. Master’s Thesis consists of 84 pages and 49 literature sources. It contains six tables, 11 figures, and 7 appendices. Conclusion provides an onboarding plan, 10 recommendations and 12 conclusions.
