Abstract
Darbā ir veikta literatūras izpēte un praktiski iegūti modificēti polimēri, kurus izmantoti
„klik” reakcijās, iegūstot triazolus. Modifikācijai tika pakļauts hidrofobs Merifīlda polimērs ar
hlormetilgrupu saturu 4,3 un 0,5 mmol g-1, kā arī hidrofīls polimērs Reillex® 425, kas satur
4,03 mmol g-1 piridīna grupu. Polimēros tika ievadītas tiola grupas un pie tām tika saistīti
vara(II) joni. Tika iegūts triazols un salīdzinātas metodes „klik” reakcijai, izmantojot modificētu
polimēru un bez tā.
Literature about preparation and use of polymer-supported catalysts for triazole synthesis in „click” reactions has been reviewed. Hydrophobic Merrifield resin with 4.3 and 0.5 mmol g- 1chloromethyl group load and hydrophilic Reillex® 425 with 4.03 mmol g-1 pyridine group load was used for modification. Thiol groups were introduced in the polymers and copper(II) ions were bound to these groups.
