Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Saziņas rīki sagatavojot pacientu abdominālai operācijai” pētījuma mērķis noskaidrot saziņas rīku pielietojumu sagatavojot pacientu abdominālai operācijai. Teorētiskajā daļā tika veikta literatūras analīze par Īdas Orlando māszinību teoriju saistībā ar saziņas rīku pielietojumu. Tika analizēta arī zinātniskā literatūra par saziņas rīkiem un pacientu sagatavošanu abdominālajām operācijām . Bakalaura darbā ir izvirzīts pētījuma jautājums. Pētījumu analīzes rezultātā uz pētījuma jautājumu tika sniegta atbilde. Ir noskaidrots, kā māsas pielieto saziņas rīkus un, ka galvenais saziņas rīks, ko māsas izmanto pacienta sagatavošanā abdominālai operācijai, ir verbālā komunikācija. Tā ir efektīvs veids, kā sniegt pacientam būtisku informāciju par operācijas gaitu, riskiem, pirmsoperācijas sagatavošanos un pēcoperācijas norisi. Saziņa palīdz ne tikai informēt, bet arī mazināt pacienta trauksmi un veicināt sadarbību. Pētījuma rezultātā tika noskaidrots, ka mūsdienu praksē arvien biežāk tiek izmantoti arī digitālie saziņas rīki – informatīvi video, e-pasti, pacientu portāli un mobilās lietotnes, kas paplašina komunikācijas iespējas, uzlabo informācijas pieejamību un atbalsta pacienta sagatavotību operācijai. Māsas pielieto saziņas rīkus daudzdimensionāli – izmantojot galvenokārt tiešu, mutisku komunikāciju, kuru papildina rakstiski un vizuāli materiāli, kā arī digitāli līdzekļi. Saziņas mērķis ir ne tikai nodot informāciju, bet arī emocionāli sagatavot pacientu, skaidrot viņa lomu pēc operācijas, iesaistīt ģimeni un pārvarēt barjeras, piemēram, valodas, trauksmes vai informācijas trūkuma radītās grūtības. The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Communication tools in preparing a patient for abdominal surgery" is to determine the use of communication tools in preparing a patient for abdominal surgery. In the theoretical part, a literature analysis was conducted on Ida Orlando's nursing theory in relation to the use of communication tools. The scientific literature on communication tools and preparing patients for abdominal surgery was also analyzed. The bachelor's thesis has a research question. As a result of the research analysis, an answer was provided to the research question. It has been determined how nurses use communication tools and that the main communication tool that nurses use in preparing a patient for abdominal surgery is verbal communication. It is an effective way to provide the patient with essential information about the course of the operation, risks, preoperative preparation and postoperative course. Communication helps not only to inform, but also to reduce patient anxiety and promote cooperation. The study found that digital communication tools are increasingly being used in modern practice – informative videos, emails, patient portals and mobile apps, which expand communication options, improve information availability and support patient preparation for surgery. Nurses use communication tools in a multidimensional way – using mainly direct, oral communication, supplemented by written and visual materials, as well as digital means. The purpose of communication is not only to convey information, but also to emotionally prepare the patient, explain their role after surgery, involve the family and overcome barriers, such as language, anxiety or lack of information. The use of communication tools is individualized according to the patient's needs, perception abilities and the context of the situation.
