Mājas vīnu ražotnes attīstības projekts

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Mājas vīnu ražotnes attīstības projekts” mērķis ir paplašināt un attīstīt esošu mājas vīnu ražotni. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai autore veica Latvijas mājas vīnu ražošanas nozares esošās situācijas izpēti, noteica nozares attīstību ietekmējošās problēmas. Tika konstatētas problēmas esošajā ražotnē. Problēmas novēršanai darba autore izstrādāja projektu, kurš paredz mājas vīnu ražotnes attīstību, paplašinot gan ražošanas telpas, gan izveidojot tirdzniecības vietu, degustāciju pasākumu telpas. To achieve the goal of this thesis, an author made a research of the situation in home wine industry nowadays and identified industry development’s problems. To resolve problems, an author made a project, which will increase space of the factory – including a trade area and room for degustation events.
