Kibermobinga identificēšana skolā un iespējamie risinājumi tā mazināšanai

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Kibermobinga identificēšana skolā un iespējamie risinājumi tā mazināšanai”. Darba mērķis ir izzināt un identificēt kibermobingu X skolas skolēnu savstarpējās attiecībās, apzināt un piedāvāt iespējamos risinājumus tā mazināšanai. Pētījums tiek balstīts uz ekoloģiskās sistēmu teorijas un krīzes intervences teorijas pieejas bāzes. Empīriskajā pētījumā darba autore izmanto jaukto pētījumu dizainu – X skolas 5.– 9. klašu skolēnu anketēšanu un daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar ekspertiem. Kā stratēģija pētījuma ietvaros tiek izmantota gadījuma izpēte. Pētījums atklāj, ka liela loma kibermobinga veicināšanā skolā ir tieši skolas videi un ģimenes ietekmei. Arī anonimitāte tiešsaistes vidē veicina kibermobinga problēmu.

The topic of the master's thesis is "Identifying cyberbullying at school and possible solutions to reduce it". The aim of the work is to find out and identify cyberbullying in the relationships between students of school X and to identify and offer possible solutions to reduce it. The study is based on the approach of ecological systems theory and crisis intervention theory. In the empirical research, the author uses a mixed research design - questionnaires of 5th - 9th grade students and partially structured interviews with experts. A case study was used as a strategy in the study. The study reveals that the school environment and the influence of the family play an important role in promoting cyberbullying at school. Anonymity in the online environment also contributes to the problem of cyberbullying.
