Pirmsskolas pedagogu profesionālā pilnveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Pirmsskolas pedagogu profesionālā pilnveide” mērķis bija izpētīt valstiski noteikto teorētisko un praktisko nosacījumu atbilstību un vienotību pirmsskolas pedagogu profesionālās pilnveides realizēšanā Latvijā. Pētījuma problēmas aktualitāti noteica fakts, ka obligātajos kvalifikācijas pilnveides kursos pedagogiem netiek apmierinātas teorētiskās un praktiskās vajadzības un daudzveidīgās intereses. Pētījuma metodes ir teorētiskās literatūras un normatīvo dokumentu analīze, anketēšana, intervija, statistikas datu apstrāde. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, ka pedagogiem ir nepieciešama profesionālā pilnveide, kā konkrētā pētījuma rezultāts - tika izstrādāti ieteikumi vienotas datu bāzes izveidei, kuri ievērojami atvieglotu šādu kursu procesuālo administrēšanu.

The goal of the master's thesis "Preschool teachers' professional development" was to reseach the accordance and unity of the nationally determined theoretical and practical conditions in a fullfiment of the preschool theachers' professional development in Latvia. Relevance of the issue presented in the spesific reaserch is determined by the fact that compulsory qualifiaction's development courses do not setisfy both theoretical and practical needs, as well as diverese interests. Resarch methodology includes analysis of the thoretical literature and normative documents, surveying, interview, statistical data processing. Results of the reseach reveal that thechers have a need for professional development. As a result of this spesific reseach, there were developed suggestions for creation of united database which would noticeably facilitate procedural administration of the courses for professional development.
