Efektivitātes paaugstināšanas iespējas loģistikas uzņēmumā SIA "Tiropa"

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „Efektivitātes paaugstināšanas iespējas loģistikas uzņēmumā SIA „Tiropa””. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt SIA „TIROPA” darbību ekspedīcijas nodaļā, transporta nodaļā un grāmatvedībā, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma darbības efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta SIA „Tiropa” vispārējs raksturojums. . Šīs nodaļas mērķis ir novērtēt uzņēmuma organizatoriskās struktūra un nodaļu darbības raksturojums, kā arī tika veikta uzņēmuma finanšu analīze. Otrajā nodaļā tika apskatītas dažādas efektivitātes vadīšanas teorijas, tādas kā taupīgā vadīšana, Ierobežojuma teorija, Six Sigma un TRIZ. Trešajā nodaļā tika apskatīta pētījuma metodika. Tika veikta ekspedīcijas un transporta nodaļas darba analīze un izstrādāti priekšlikumi efektivitātes paaugstināšanai. Maģistra darbs ir izstrādāts latviešu valodā. Darbs ietver 34 attēlus, 10 tabulas, 2 formulas un 5 pielikumus. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 92 lappuses.

The theme of current Master thesis is: „Possibilities to increase efficiency in logistics company "TIROPA" Ltd.” The aim of this work is to examine operations of the Expediting Department, the Departments of Transport and Accounting and provide proposals for more efficient management of the company. The Master thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter considers general characteristics of the “Tiropa” Ltd. This part of the paper is aimed at assessing the organisational structure of the company, its divisions and will provide the financial analysis of the company. The second chapter discusses the theories of effective management such as the Lean management, the Theory of Constraints, the Six Sigma and TRIZ. The third chapter discusses the methodology of the research. This chapter provides the analysis of expediting and transport departments and offers proposals designed for increasing efficiency of the company. The Master thesis is written in the Latvian language. The work includes 34 figures, 10 tables, 2 formulas and 5 appendices. The length of the Master thesis is 92 pages.
