| dc.description.abstract | Tēma: Legionella pneumophila izplatība zobārstniecības klīniku ūdenī Rīgā Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot L. pneumophila izplatību zobārstniecībās izmantotajā ūdenī Rīgā. Tika paņemti 44 paraugi no zobārstniecību iekārtām un 27 karstā ūdens paraugi no 23 zobārstniecībām Rīgā. Paraugi tika paņemti 15 dažādos Rīgas mikrorajonos. Tika izolēta tikai viena Legionella suga – L. pneumophila. Vismaz vienā no paraugiem L. pneumophila tika atrasta 11 (48%) zobārstniecības klīnikās. No visiem pozitīvajiem L. pneumophila paraugiem 14,3% bija 1. serogrupa, un 85,7% bija 2.-15. serogrupa. Zobārstniecību iekārtās baktērija tika atrasta 3 klīnikās (13%), bet karstajā ūdenī - 9 klīnikās (39%). L. pneumophila koncentrācija paraugos bija no 2x102 KVV/l līdz 8x103 KVV/l. | dc.description.abstract | Thesis: Prevalence of Legionella pneumophila in dental clinics in Riga. The aim of the research was to determine the prevalence of Legionella pneumophila in water that is used in dentistry in Riga. 44 samples were taken drom dental units and 27 hot water samples from 23 dentistries in Riga. Samples were collected from 15 different districts of Riga. Only one species of Legionella species- L. pneumophila was isolated in this study. L. pneumophila was found in 11 (48%) of dental cabinets. From all the positive L. pneumophila samples 14.3% was 1th serogroup, and 85.7% was 2nd-15th serogroup. In dental units bacterium was found in 3 cabinets (13%) but in hot water - 9 cabinets (39%). Legionella pneumophila concentration in the samples ranged from 2x102 cfu / l to 8x103 cfu/l. Key words: Legionella pneumophila, water, dentistry, legionnaires' disease. | en_US |
