Jaunas izstādes izstrāde un ieviešana uzņēmumā SIA "BT 1"

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir „ Jaunas izstādes izstrāde un ieviešana uzņēmumā SIA "BT 1" ”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt izstāžu nozari gan Latvijā, gan ārzemēs, pielietojot projekta vadīšanas metodes, lai varētu veiksmīgi izveidot jaunu izstādi, kas palielinātu uzņēmuma konkurētspēju izstāžu tirgū. Pirmajā nodaļā tiks veikta reālās situācijas izpēte un analīze, un problēmas noteikšana un analīze. Otrajā nodaļā tiks izstrādāts tehniski-ekonomiskais pamatojums. Trešajā nodaļā tiks izstrādāta projekta rokasgrāmata. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 78 lappusēm, 19 attēliem, 14 tabulām un 36 pielikumiem.

The Master’s topic is “New exhibition creation and implementation in company „BT 1 "”. The objective of the Master’s thesis is to study Exhibition industry both Latvian and abroad, by applying the methods of project management, to be able to successfully create a new exhibition, that will increase the company's competitiveness in the exhibition market. In the first chapter will be made the situation on research and analysis, and problem identification and analysis. In the second chapter will develop technical - economic substantion. In the third section will be developed the project manual. The work consists of 78 pages, 19 images, 14 tables and 36 attachments.
