Abstract
Ar rentgendifraktometrijas, rentgenspektrometrijas, Karla Fišera titrēšanas un diferenciāli termālās analīzes metodēm darbā tiek pētītas 2,3,5,6,7,8-heksahidro-1H-ciklopentān[b]hinolīn-9-amīna hidrohlorīda monohidrāta kristāliskās un polimorfās formas.
Maģistra darbā iegūtas 12 ipidakrīna kristāliskās formas. Iegūtajām formām noteiktas termodinamiskās īpašības, sastāvi un stabilitāte. Sastādīti fāžu pāreju grafiki. Ipidakrīna A un B monohidrātam un Z2 formai aprēķināti režģa parametri.
Using the methods of X-ray diffractometry, X-ray spectrometry, Karl Fisher titration and differential thermal analysis this master thesis studies the crystalline and polymorph forms of 2,3,5,6,7,8-hexahydro-1H-cyclopenta[b]quinolin-9-amine hydrochloride monohydrate. In this Master thesis 12 crystalline forms of ipidacrine are obtained, their thermodynamic properties, composition, stability and phase transitions are established. Experimentally obtained X-ray diffractogramms and computer software WinPlotr are used to define the lattice parameters of ipidacrine A and B monohydrates and Z2 form.
