Servisu orientēta biznesa procesu modelēšana

Abstract

Neskatoties uz servisu orientētas pieejas aktualitāti programmatūras izstrādes sfērā, šī pieeja joprojām tiek nepareizi izprasta, pielietota un novērtēta. Lai gan servisu orientācija nav pielietojama visos gadījumos, tā nodrošina plašu metožu un vadlīniju klāstu uzņēmuma informācijas sistēmu izstrādei, vadībai un integrācijai. Šā darba mērķis ir novērtēt servisu orientētās pieejas iespējas biznesa un IT vadībā. Darbā tiek teorētiski un praktiski izpētīta servisu orientētās modelēšanas disciplīna, tiek novērtēta servisu orientētās arhitektūras izplatība un attīstības tendences, kā arī tiek veikts ieskats servisu orientēto risinājumu pārvaldes jautājumos. Darba rezultāts ir priekšlikumu kopa pētamai organizācijai un vispārīgas vadlīnijas organizācijām, kas izmanto servisu orientēto pieeju lietojumprogrammu izstrādei.

Inspite of the actuality of service-oriented approach towards enterprise application development, service orientation is still often misused and undervalued. Service orientation offers wide variety of methods and guidelines for management information system development, governance and integration. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the potential of service oriented approach in business and IT management. The thesis examines the discipline of service oriented modeling in theory and practice, evaluates the current popularity and develpoment trends of service-oriented architecture, and explores questions related to service-oriented solution governance and business alignement. The thesis results in guideline set for organisations adopting service-oriented architecture in general and for studied organisation in particular.
