Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Latvijas augsto tehnoloģiju uzņēmumus stimulējošie faktori
ieiešanai ārvalstu tirgos”, ar mērķi noskaidrot kādi faktori mudina Latvijas augsto tehnoloģiju
uzņēmumus internacionalizēt savu darbību.
Darbus izstrādāts trīs daļas. Pirmajā daļā apskatīta internacionalizācija un tās stimulu
teorētiskais aspekts, kā arī augsto tehnoloģiju uzņēmumu raksturojošas pazīmes. Tai seko
augsto tehnoloģiju industrijas apskats Eiropā un Latvijā. Trešajā daļā veikta pētījuma gaitā
aptaujāto Latvijas augsto tehnoloģiju uzņēmumu sniegto rezultātu analīze, secinot, ka iekšējie
faktori ir primārie internacionalizācijas stimuli, no kuriem iespēja palielināt peļņu un
uzņēmuma sniegtā produkta vai pakalpojuma unikalitāte ir noteicošie attiecīgā lēmuma
pieņemšanā.
Topic of the bachelor thesis is „Factors stimulating Latvian high technology companies to enter foreign markets”. Its aim is to detect factors that motivate Latvian high technology companies to internationalize. The work consists of three parts. First part looks at theoretical aspect of internationalization and its stimuli, as well as characters of a high-tech company. It is followed by review of high-technology industry in Europe and Latvia. Third part is devoted to analysis of the results of Latvian high-tech company survey. The research leads to conclusion that primary incentives for internationalization comes from inside the company. Those are proactive motivations of which profit advantage and unique product or service are determining factors for high-tech companies to internationalize.
