Laika reprezentācija Andreja Tarkovska filmā "Spogulis"

Abstract

Darbā apskatīta un izpētīta laika reprezentācija Andreja Tarkovska filmā „Spogulis”. Kā pētījuma problēmas tika izvirzītas, kā tiek reprezentēti filmā attēlotie laika periodi, kāda ir to nozīme filmā un kā tie ietekmē filmas naratīvu. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta kino teorija par naratīvu filmās, laika veidošanos kino, laiku naratīvā un filmu sintakses teorija, kā arī Andreja Tarkovska radošā darbība. Metodoloģiskajā daļā aprakstītas divas izmantotās kvalitatīvās pētnieciskās metodes – naratīva analīze un daļēji strukturētās intervijas. Empīriskajā daļā veiktā analīze, liecina par to, ka laiks filmā ir viens no galvenajiem kino valodas pamatelementiem, kā arī laika reprezentācija filmā ir mainīga, atkarībā no attēlotā laika perioda, tādejādi ietekmējot filmas naratīvu. Bachelor paper discusses representation of time in Andrei Tarkovsky’s movie „The Mirror”. As research questions were raised – how are periods of time represented in the movie, what is their meaning in the movie and how they impact film narrative. The work consists of theoretical literature on the theory of narrative in movies, formation of time in movies, time in narrative, syntax of film language and theory about sculpting in time. Movie is analized using two methods of qualitative research – narrative analysis and semi-structured interviews. The results of research show that time in a movie is one of the most significant elements of a movie and also representation of time is variable and depends on represented time periods, therefore time influences film narrative.
