Abstract
Ir izgatavota sililterminēta poliētera, pildvielas un plastifikatoru saturoša divkomponentu polidispersa matrica. Ar dinamiski mehānisko analīzi ir novērtētas matricas viskoelastiskās īpašības un uzņemts cietēšanas profils dažādu katalizatoru ietekmē. Darba gaitā tika mērīts gēla veidošanās laiks atkarībā no katalizatora koncentrācijas un novērtēta katalizatoru katalītiskā aktivitāte, kā arī polimerizācijas reakcijas pakāpe. Sacietējušai matricai noteiktas mehāniskās īpašības dinamiskā stiepē.
Poydisperse two component matrix of silylterminated polyeher, fillers and plasticizer has been created. The viscoelastic properties and curing profile of polydisperse matrix with various catalysts has been studied by dynamic mechanical analysis. The sol-gel transition time has been measured at various catalyst concentrations, catalytical activity and reaction order of polymerisation has been determined. The mechanical properties of cured matrix in tensile has been evaluated under dynamic tension.
