Augšup-pārveidotā luminiscence ar Er3+ joniem aktivētā LaInO3

Abstract

Darba gaitā tika iegūti LaInO3 paraugi ar dažādas koncentrācijas Er3+ jonu piemaisījumiem. Paraugi tika sintezēti, karsējot La(O〖H)〗_3, In(O〖H)〗_3 un Er(O〖H)〗_3 maisījumu 1250°C temperatūrā. Iegūtajiem paraugiem tika mērīti augšup-pārveidotās luminiscences spektri, kuros tika novērotas erbijam raksturīgas luminiscences joslas. Palielinot Er3+ jonu koncentrāciju, mainās zaļās un sarkanās luminiscences spektra daļas intensitātes attiecība par labu sarkanajai daļai. Lai noteiktu, kādi procesi ir atbildīgi par luminiscenci katras koncentrācijas gadījumā, paraugiem tika izmērītas augšup-pārveidotās luminiscences dzišanas kinētika. Balstoties uz eksperimentālajiem datiem, tika spriests par augšup-pārveidotās luminiscences dabu LaInO3 materiālā, kā arī raksturota erbija jonu koncentrācijas ietekme uz augšup-pārveidotās luminiscences efektivitāti.

During the study, a number of LaInO3 samples were made with various doping concentrations of Er3+ ions. The samples were obtained by heating a mixture of La(O〖H)〗_3, In(O〖H)〗_3 and Er(O〖H)〗_3 at 1250°C temperature. Up-conversion luminescence spectra of the samples were measured. In the spectra traditional erbium luminescence bands could be observed, particularly in the green and red spectral region. After increasing the doping concentration, the red/green luminescence intensity ratio changed in favor of the red luminescence. Decay kinetics of the samples were taken to determine which processes were responsible for the up-conversion luminescence. Er3+ doping concentration effect on the optical properties of the material was determined. Based on the experimental data, the nature of the up-conversion luminescence in LaInO3:Er3+ is discussed.
