Darbinieku mainības problēma un darbinieku motivācija uzņēmumā "X"

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt darbinieku mainību ietekmējošos faktorus un motivējošos veidus pētāmajā uzņēmumā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus darbinieku mainības samazināšanai. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīta darbinieku mainības problēma, raksturota motivācijas nozīme un apskatīti dažādi motivēšanas veidi kā iespējamie risinājumi darbinieku noturēšanai uzņēmumā. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskajā daļā tika veikts pētījums, kura laikā tika atklāts, ka neapmierinātība ar algas lielumu un pārāk liela darba slodze, ir galvenie faktori, kas izraisa darbinieku mainību pētāmajā uzņēmumā.

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to study the factors influencing employee turnover and motivating ways in the company X and to develop proposals for reducing employee turnover. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's thesis examined the problem of employee turnover, the importance of motivation and different ways of motivation as possible solutions for keeping employees in the company. In the research part of the Bachelor's thesis a study was carried out, during which it was discovered that the lack of career development opportunities and dissatisfaction with the size of the salary are the main factors that cause the employee turnover in the company X.
