Abstract
Atropīna un skopolamīna noteikšana augu ekstraktos. Barbare L. L., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. chem., prof. Bartkevičs V. Bakalaura darbs, 42 lappuses, 11 attēli, 18 tabulas, 52 literatūras avoti, 3 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darbā veikta atropīna un skopolamīna kvantitatīvas noteikšanas analīzes metodes izstrāde un validēšana. Analīzēti augu ekstrakti ar augsti efektīvo šķidruma hromatogrāfiju (AEŠH). Metodes validēšanas kritēriji – selektivitāte, zemākā kvantificēšanas robeža (LOQ), linearitāte, relatīvā standartnovirze (RSD).
Determination of atropine and scopolamine in plant based extracts. Barbare L. L., scientific supervisor Dr chem., prof. Bartkevičs V. Bachelor's work, 42 pages, 11 pictures, 18 tables, 52 literature sources, 3 attachments. In Latvian. This bachelor's thesis contains the development and validation of the method of analysis for quantitative determination of atropine and sopolamine. Samples of plant extracts were analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography (AEŠH). Method validation criteria — selectivity, limit of quantification (LOQ), linearity, relative standard deviation (RSD).
