Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Iekšējā komunikācija kā organizācijas kultūru veidojošs elements uzņēmumā AS SEB Banka”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir iepazīties ar iekšējās komunikācijas procesu AS „SEB Banka”, uzzināt darbinieku viedokli par iekšējo komunikāciju, analizēt, kā tā ir saistīta un ietekmē organizācijas kultūru, un izprast iekšējās komunikācijas nepilnības un izteikt priekšlikumus tās uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbam izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: izpētīt organizācijas komunikācijas teorētiskos aspektus; analizēt iekšējo komunikāciju kā organizācijas kultūru veidojošo elementu; raksturot un analizēt AS „SEB Banka” iekšējas komunikācijas ietekmi uz organizācijas kultūru un, balstoties uz teoriju un iegūtajiem rezultātiem, izdarīt secinājumus, identificēt trūkumus AS „SEB Banka” iekšējās komunikācijas sistēmā un sniegt priekšlikumus iekšējās komunikācijas pilnveidošanai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiks analizēts komunikācijas jēdziens, plašāk aplūkojot iekšējo komunikāciju un tās saistību ar organizācijas kultūru. Izmantojot aptauju, interviju un fokusgrupas diskusiju ar AS “SEB Banka” darbiniekiem, tiks veikts pētījums par iekšējo komunikāciju organizācijā. Darba noslēgumā tiks veikti galvenie secinājumi par iekšējās komunikācijas procesu AS “SEB Banka”, izstrādāti priekšlikumi tās pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 67 lappusēm, 16 attēliem un 3 pielikumiem.

The subject for the bachelor’s work is “Internal communication as a forming element of the culture of the organization AS SEB Banka” The aim of the bachelor’s work is to understand the internal communication in AS “SEB bank”, get to know the point of view of workers regarding the communication, analyze how it effects organizations culture, see if there are any gaps or problems that effect organization and make suggestions to improve the communication. The bachelor’s work has the following tasks- research and understand the theoretical aspects of communication in organization, analyses internal communication as organizations cultural elements. Analyzing characterization of AS “SEB Banka”, internal communications on how it effects the work culture, and based of theoretical aspects and from the obtained information make conclusions. Identify problematic gaps in AS “SEB Banka” regarding internal communications system and make suggestions on how to improve it. In the theoretical part of the work, there will be analyzed communication concept, focusing more on internal communication- how it effects organizations culture. Using written inquiry, interviewing and focus group discussion between workers in AS “SEB Banka” there will be research about the internal communication in organization. In the end, there will be several main conclusions about the communication process, from which the author will draw out suggestions on improving them.
