Abstract
Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistības starp prokrastināciju, darba pašefektivitāti un iesaisti darbā. Pētījumā piedalījās 147 respondenti. Tika izmantotas Netīšās prokrastinācijas aptauja (Unintentional Procrastination Scale (UPS), Ferniel, Bharucha, Nikčevič, Spada 2017), darba pašefektivitātes skala (Occupational Self-efficacy Scale, Shyns & von Collani, 2002) un Utrehtas “Iesaiste darbā” skalas pilnā versija (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, full version, UWES, Schaufeli un Bakker, 2006). Pētījuma rezultāti pierādīja, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga negatīva saistība starp prokrastināciju un iesaisti darbā. Tāpat rezultāti uzrāda, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga pozitīva saistība starp darba pašefektivitāti un iesaisti darbā. Kā arī, darba pašefektivitāte labāk prognozē iesaisti darbā. The aim of the research was to find out whether there is a relationship between procrastination, work self-efficacy and work engagement. In this research participated 147 respondents. In the research were used Unintentional Procrastination Scale (UPS) (Ferniel, Bharucha, Nikčevič, Spada 2017), Occupational Self-efficacy Scale (Shyns & von Collani, 2002) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale, full version, UWES (Schaufeli and Bakker, 2006). The results of the research proved that there is a statistically significant negative relationship between procrastination and work engagement. Also, the results show that there is a statistically significant positive relationship between work self-efficacy and work engagement.
