Diskursa analīze multikulturālās izglītības jomā

Abstract

Šis bakalaura darbs aplūko diskursa analīzi multikulturālās izglītības jomā. Galvenais mērķis ir izzināt saskarsmes īpatnības starp dažādiem pārstāvjiem multikulturālā vidē. Īpaša uzmanība veltīta ne tikai atsevišķu kultūru mutiskā diskursa raksturīgākajām īpašībām, bet arī atšķirībām neverbālajā saskarsmē. Katrai kultūrai ir savas komunikāciju formas, tāpēc svarīgi ienest skaidrību par procesu, kurā mijiedarbojas dažādas kultūras kopīgā vidē. Dati pētījumam tika ņemti no zinātniskās literatūras, kas attiecas uz tēmu, kā arī no autores personīgās pieredzes un novērojumiem. Pētījuma mērķis bija identificēt problēmas un grūtības, kas rodas komunikācijas procesā starp daudzveidīgo kultūru pārstāvjiem. Rezultāti pierāda, ka multikulturālā vidē viena kultūra ietekmē citu kultūru, un šis process attiecas arī uz atsevišķu raksturīgo valodas pazīmju aizgūšanu. Kopumā svarīgi atzīmēt, ka diskursa pētīšana multikulturālās izglītības jomā palīdz studentiem ne tikai labāk izprast citas kultūras, bet arī komunicējot kļūt iecietīgākiem pret tām. The present Bachelor thesis deals with the discourse analysis within multicultural education area. The main goal is to explore the features of communication between different representatives in a multicultural environment. Particular attention is paid not only to the characteristic properties of diverse cultures’ oral discourse but also to the differences in nonverbal communication. Every culture has its own forms of communication, therefore it is important to clarify the process of cultures’ interaction within the common environment. The data for the research were taken from the scientific literature that is related to the theme, as well as from the author’s experience and observations. The goal of the research was to identify the problems and difficulties arising in the process of communication among representatives of diverse cultures. The results prove that one culture influences another culture and this process also relates to the language adoption of particular qualities within a multicultural environment. In general, it is important to note that the research of the discourse within a multicultural education area, not only helps students to understand other cultures better, but also to become more tolerant towards them when communicating.
