Bezdarbs un tā sociāli ekonomiskās sekas

Abstract

Bezdarbs ir viena no aktuālākajām makroekonomikas problēmām mūsdienās visā pasaulē. Tas ir bremzējošs faktors konkurētspējīgai tautsaimniecības attīstībai un sabiedrības labklājībai; tas neļauj valstij integrēties mūsdienu pasaulē. Pētījuma mērķis: izanalizēt literatūru un statistikas datus par bezdarba situāciju Latvijā, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus bezdarba iespējamai risināšanai. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.iepazīties ar bezdarba jēdzienu, tā cēloņiem, sekām, 2.izanalizēt ekonomikas rādītājus, kuri ir saistīti ar bezdarbu, 3.iepazīties ar nodarbinātības situāciju Latvijā, 4.piedāvāt iespējamos risinājumus, kuru rezultātā Latvijā samazinātos bezdarba līmenis. Secinājumi: Latvijā nodarbinātība atšķiras gan pa reģioniem, gan profesiju griezumā, bezdarbu ietekmē iegūtais izglītības līmenis un cilvēku vecums. Valstij ir jāpieņem lēmumi bezdarba iespējamai mazināšanai. Atslēgas vārdi: bezdarbs, nodarbinātības līmeņa palielināšana, bezdarba ietekme uz tautsaimniecību.

Unemployment is the most actual macroeconomic problem all over the world nowadays. It is inhibiting factor for competitive development of economics and public wellfare; it does not allow county to integrate into the world. The goal of the paper: to analyse the economic literature and statistics of unemployment situation in Latvia, to find out the indicators and their changes, that causes the unemployment, make the conclusions and offer suggestions for solving the problem of unemployment. The research tasks: 1.get to know the concept of unemployment, it’s causes and effects, 2.find out the meaning of unemployment in economics, 3.analyse economic indicators, which are directly linked to unemployment, 4.get acquainted with employment situation in Latvia, 5.offer possible solutions, for reducing unemployment in Latvia. Conclusions: In Latvia employment is different in regions and by professions, the level of education and the age also impact on unemployment. The government has to make decisions for a possible reduction in unemployment. Keywords: unemployment, increasing of employment, unemployment impact on economics.
