Abstract
Darba grafiku plānošana uzņēmumā IPAS “INDEXO” šobrīd notiek manuāli, izmantojot vairākas atsevišķas platformas, kas rada efektivitātes trūkumu un palielina cilvēcisko kļūdu risku. Bakalaura darbā analizēti grafiku automatizācijas teorētiskie aspekti, uzņēmuma pašreizējā situācija, darbinieku un vadības vajadzības, kā arī salīdzinātas trīs platformas – “When I Work”, “Deputy” un “Shiftboard”. Balstoties uz analīzi, izstrādāts priekšlikums automatizēt darba grafiku veidošanas procesu, izvēloties piemērotāko sistēmu un ekonomiski pamatojot tās ieviešanu. Darbs apliecina, ka automatizācija var būtiski uzlabot efektivitāti, caurspīdību un darbinieku apmierinātību.
Work schedule planning at IPAS “INDEXO” is currently done manually, using several separate tools, resulting in inefficiencies and increased risk of human error. This bachelor thesis examines the theoretical aspects of schedule automation, analyzes the company’s current situation and stakeholder needs, and compares three platforms – “When I Work”, “Deputy” and “Shiftboard”. Based on the analysis, a proposal is developed to automate the scheduling process by selecting the most appropriate system and providing and economic justification. The study confirms that automation can significantly improve efficiency, transparency, and employee satisfaction.
