Abstract
Bakteriofāgu strukturālo proteīnu identificēšana un raksturošana. Koļesņikova E., - vadītāja Mg.biol. Karīna Švānberga. Bakalaura darbs, 38 lappuses, 10 attēli, 16 tabulas, 26 literatūras avoti, 12 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika pētīti četru bakteriofāgu strukturālie proteīni. Proteīni sadalīti no sakoncentrētiem fāgu virioniem, attīrītiem CsCl gradientā, vizualizēti un proteīnu zonas izgrieztas no SDS-PAGE, tad sašķēlti ar tripsīnu un analizēti, izmantojot MALDI metodi.

Proteins were separated from concentrated phage virions, purified via CsCl gradient centrifugation, visualized, and protein zones were excised from SDS-PAGE gels. These zones were then digested with trypsin and analyzed using the MALDI method.
