Abstract
Darbā apkopota informācija par rentgenfuorescences metodēm, liesmas fotometriju, liesmas atomabsorbciometriju, elektrotermālo atomabsorbciometriju, induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometriju un to izmantošana bioloģisko paraugu analīzēm, par matricas efektiem bioloģiskos paraugos un elementu kvantitatīvo noteikšanu. Veikts iegūtu rezultātu salīdzinājums ar S8 Tiger spektrometra Full analysis mērīšanas režīmu, izpētīta standatpiedevas metode kalcijam un kālijam, noteiktas elementu koncentrācijas paraugos. Izmantotās analīzes metodes salīdzinātas savā starpā.
X-Ray fluorescence methods, flame photometry, flame atomic absorption spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma masspectrometry and electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry were used in the determination of chemical composition of studied conifer samples. The standard addition method was used for quantification calcium and potassium content in bilological samples. The comparison of obtained data was conducted with S8 Tiger spectrometer using Full analysis mode. Results obtained by different instrumental methods were compared.
