Frānsisa Skota Ficdžeralda “Lielais Getsbijs” 12.klases skolēnu augstākā līmeņa angļu valodas apguvei

Abstract

Aplūkojot literatūras klāstu par svešvalodu apguvi, nešķiet īpaši, ka sakarā ar izmaiņām Latvijas izglītības sistēmā un angļu valodas II līmeņa kursa ieviešanu joprojām ir daudz nezināmā par to, kā novērtēt skolēnu sekmes, kā izveidot darba ķīmiju. Vai to var izdarīt, izmantojot Ficdžeralda “Lielo Getsbiju”? Skolotāja pieredzes darba mērķis ir izpētīt Frānsisa Skota Ficdžeralda (Francis Scott Fitzgerald) grāmatas The Great Gatsby (Lielais Getsbijs) izmantošanu 12. klases angļu valodas II kursa īstenošanā. Mērķis tiks sasniegts, izmantojot gan skolotāju, gan skolēnu ciešu interviju analīzi, labākas mācību programmas izstrādi, lai pielāgotos skolēnu vajadzībām, un visu to, izmantojot izveidoto skolotāja dienasgrāmatu, skolēnu rezultātu analīzi. Kopumā tika izpētīts, kā teorija raugās uz literatūru, pamatojoties uz mācību bāzi, un kā, veicot praktisko darbu, skolēni novērtē literatūras lomu. Gan teorētiskie, gan praktiskie pierādījumi bija ļoti svarīgi, lai formulētu viedokli. Skolotāja portfolio ir vērsts uz 4 svarīgiem aspektiem: plānošanu, organizēšanu, vērtēšanu un dalīšanos pieredzē ar citiem pētniekiem. Looking through the scope of literature at foreign language learning is not a unique, due to changes to the Latvian education system and introduction of Higher-level English language course II there is still a lot of unknown, on how to evaluate student progress, on how to create a working chemistry. Can it be done through Fitzgerald’s The Great Gatsby? Aim of the teacher’s portfolio is to explore the use of The Great Gatsby by Francis Scott Fitzgerald in the implementation of 12th grade English language II course. Aim will be achieved through the close interview analysis of both teachers and students, development of a better syllabus to adjust to the student needs and all through that created teacher’s diary, analysis of student results. Overall, it explored how theory looks at literature based on learning composition and how through practical work, students value the role of literature. Both theoretical and practical evidence has been consideringly important to formulate an opinion. The teacher’s portfolio is focused on 4 important aspects: planning, organization, grading, or assessment and sharing the experience with other researchers.
