SIA „Torensberg” finansiālo rādītāju izvērtējums

Abstract

Diplomdarba mērķis ir izpētīt sabiedrības - uzņēmuma SIA “TORENSBERG” finansiālo stāvokli un izvērtēt būtiskākos tā darbību raksturojošos finanšu rādītājus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma tālākai darbības attīstībai. Diplomdarba ietvaros autore veic būvniecības nozares izpēti un SIA “TORENSBERG” 2008. – 2012.gada finanšu rādītāju aprēķinu un novērtējumu, kā arī bankrota iespējamības noteikšanu, izmantojot Z.Altmana un Fulmera modeļus. Diplomdarba veiktais pētījums un analīze pamatojas uz LR likumdošanas aktu prasībām, statistikas datiem, SIA “TORENSBERG” gada pārskatiem, speciālās literatūras, interneta resursiem, plašsaziņu mediju publikācijām, kā arī uz SIA “TORENSBERG” nepublicētiem materiāliem. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 67 lappuses, 18 tabulas, 11 attēlu un 3 pielikumi.

The aim of the diploma paper is to study the sector of construction industry in Latvia and the position of it is releated “TORENSBERG” Ltd., by performing the financial analysis of this company, as well as to develop the proposals for further development. In the frame of this study author carried out the research of construction industry and the calculations and assessment of the financial indicators “TORENSBERG” Ltd., by years 2008. – 2012, as well as the assessment of probability of bankruptcy by using Altman and Fulmer models. This diploma paper is based on the requirements of regulatory enactments Republic of Latvia, the statistics, annual reports of “TORENSBERG” Ltd., the related literature, internet resources, mass media publications and the unpublished data of this company. Diploma paper consist of 67 pages, 18 tables, 11 figures and 3 appendixes.
