Abstract
Nesenā pētījumā [Nature Nanotechnology 10, 46-49 (2015)] tika apskatīta elektronu pāru sadalīšana ballistiskā transporta nanostruktūrā, un tika novērotas novirzes no neatkarīgu elektronu statistikas. Šajā darbā tiek pētīti analītiski atrisināms elektronu izkliedes modelis, kas ļauj novērtēt elektronu savstarpējās mijiedarbības ietekmi uz elektronu izkliedes statistiku.
In a recent study [Nature Nanotechnology 10, 46-49 (2015)], the separation of electron pairs in a ballistic transport nanostructure was investigated, and deviations from independent electron statistics were found. In this thesis we study a model of one- and two-electron scattering that can be solved analytically. This model allows us to take electron-electron interaction into account for the computation of scattering statistics.
