KOPSAVILKUMS
Ābolu ķīmiskā sastāva izvērtēšana. Veinberga I., zinātniskā vadītāja dr. Ķīm., asoc.prof. Jākabsone I. Maģistra darbs, 88 lappuses, 28 attēli, 25 tabulas, 46 literatūras avoti, 5 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā.

Maģistra darbā apkopota literatūra par augļiem, āboliem, to ķīmisko sastāvu un nozīmi cilvēka uzturā. Apkopotas metodes pektīna, C vitamīna, fenola savienojumu un antiradikālās aktivitātes noteikšanai. Ar aprobētajām metodēm iegūti rezultāti par dažādu Latvijā audzētu un importēto ābolu nozīmīgāko sastāvdaļu daudzumu.

FRUITS, APPLES, CHEMICAL COMPOSITION, PECTIN, VITAMIN C, PHENOLIC COMPOUNDS, METHODS OF ANALYSES. In the master paper the author has evaluated the literature concerning the fruits, apples, their chemical composition and helth benefits. The methods of determining of the content of pectin, vitamin C, phenolic compounds and radical scavening activity have been approbated. The results on the amount of more important ingredients in the apples grown in Latvia and elsewhere are obtained with the help of approbated methods.
