Politisko organizāciju (partiju) finansēšanas likuma tiesiskā satura problemātika

Abstract

Šobrīd valstī saistībā ar valsts finansējuma būtisku pieaugumu politiskajām partijām, iezīmējās valsts finansējumu saņemošo partiju izdevumu struktūra, konkrētāk, sasaistes trūkums starp saņemto finansējumu un tā jēgpilnu izlietojumu. Maģistra darba mērķis ir aplūkot politisko partiju finansēšanas regulējuma juridiskās problēmas finansējuma plašākajā kontekstā, kas skar gan partiju ienākumu, gan izdevumu sadaļas, kā arī uzraudzības un kontroles funkciju. Lielā mērā savā izpētes darbā cenšoties fokusēties uz judikatūras precedentiem, kur tas iespējams, atrast pēc iespējas nesenu tiesisku normu pielietošanas praksi.

Currently regarding the connection with the significant increase in a state funding for political parties, the structure of expenses of the political parties receiving the state funding, more specifically the lack of connection between the received funding and it`s meaningful use, has been highlighted. The aim of the Master's thesis is to examine the legal issues the of political party financing regulation in the broader context of financing, which affects both - the parties' income and expenditure sections, as well as the monitoring and control function. To a large extent, in research work, author will try to focus on jurisprudence precedents, where possible, to find as recent as possible the practice of applying legal norms.
