Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums: Arodslimības un to ietekmējošie faktori veselības aprūpes speciālistiem. Mūsdienās ir palielinājusies saslimstība ar arodslimībām, tā ir sabiedrības svarīga veselības problēma, tā ietekmē cilvēku veselību, ietekmē dzīves un darba kvalitāti. Maģistra darba pētījuma mērķis – Analizēt arodslimības un tos ietekmējošos faktorus veselības aprūpes speciālistiem. Pētījuma jautājums - Kādi ir faktori, kas ietekmē arodslimības rašanos veselības aprūpes speciālistiem? Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, literatūras apskata un analīzes, pētījuma metodēm, pētījuma rezultātu analīzes, secinājumiem un ieteikumiem un izmantotās literatūras saraksta. Maģistra darbā analizētas arodslimības un to ietekmējošie faktori veselības aprūpes speciālistiem. Tika iegūta atbilde uz pētījuma jautājumu: Veselības aprūpes speciālistiem arodslimības rašanos ietekmējošie ir ergonomiskie, psihoemocionālie, fizikālie, ķīmiskie un bioloģiskie riska faktori. Izmantotās metodes – kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, strukturēta intervija. Iegūtie dati pētījumā analizēti un apstrādāti ar kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes metodi. Pētījumā piedalījās 18 veselības aprūpes speciālisti, kuriem ir arodslimība. Darba apjoms ir 77 lpp., tajā iekļauti 3 att., darbam pievienoti 6 pielikumi. Title of masther’s thesis: Occupational diseases and their influencing factors for health care professionals. Nowadays, the incidence of occupational diseases has increased, it is an important public health problem, it affects people's health, it affects the quality of life and work. The aim of the master's thesis research – To analyze occupational diseases and their influencing factors for health care professionals. Research question - What are the factors influencing the development of occupational diseases in healthcare professionals? The master's thesis consists of an introduction, literature review and analysis, research methods, analysis of research results, conclusions and recommendations and a list of references. The master's thesis analyzes occupational diseases and their influencing factors for health care professionals. The answer to the research question was obtained: Ergonomic, psycho-emotional, physical, chemical and biological risk factors influence the development of occupational diseases in health care professionals. Methods used - qualitative research method, interview. The obtained data in the study were analyzed and processed by the method of qualitative content analysis The study involved 18 health care professionals with an occupational disease. The volume of the work is 77 pages, it includes 3 figures, 6 appendices are attached to the work. Keywords: occupational diseases, influencing factors, health care.
