Dinamiskās drošības modelis brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats ir “Dinamiskās drošības modelis brīvības atņemšanas soda izpildē”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā dinamiskās drošības modelis tiek pielietots Olaines cietuma Atkarīgo centrā un kā tā prakse atšķiras no citām ieslodzījuma vietām Latvijas teritorijā. Darba pētījuma uzdevumi ir apzināt dinamiskās drošības modeļa būtību un tā pielietošanas īpatnības, izpētīt starptautisko regulējumu un praksi, izpētīt modeļa piemērošanu Olaines cietuma Atkarīgo centrā, salīdzinot to ar citu Latvijas ieslodzījumu vietu regulējumu, starptautisko regulējumu un citu ārvalstu normatīvo regulējumu, izpētīt, kā dinamiskās drošības modelis tiek implementēts ārzemju ieslodzījuma vietās un izvirzīt priekšlikumus Latvijas sodu izpildes pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba izstrādes rezultāts ir izpratne par dinamiskās drošības modeļa teorētisko aspektu un dinamiskās drošības modeļa piemērošanu Latvijas un ārvalstu praksē.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Dynamic security in the execution of a custodial sentence". The aim of the work is to find out how the dynamic security model is applied in the Addiction Center of Olaine prison and how its practice differs from other prisons in the territory of Latvia. The tasks of the research study are to identify the nature of the dynamic security model and the peculiarities of its application, to study the international regulation and practice, to study the application of the model in the Addiction Center of Olaine prison, comparing it with the regulation of other Latvian prisons, international regulation and other foreign normative regulation, to study how the dynamic security model is implemented in foreign prisons and put forward proposals for improving the execution of sentences in Latvia. The result of the development of the bachelor thesis is an understanding of the theoretical aspect of the dynamic security model and the application of the dynamic security model in Latvian and foreign practices.
