Korporatīvās sociālās atbildības īstenošana Austrumlatgales reģionā: SIA “ALAAS”.

Abstract

Darba pētāmā problēma: uzņēmuma SIA “ALAAS” ietekme Austrumlatgales reģionā, īstenojot korporatīvo sociālo atbildību. Darba mērķis – pamatojoties uz korporatīvās sociālās atbildības teorētiskiem aspektiem un empīriskā pētījuma rezultātiem, izpētīt korporatīvās sociālās atbildības īstenošanu uzņēmumā SIA “ALAAS”, tai skaitā, noskaidrot korporatīvās sociālās atbildības ietekmi uz uzņēmumu SIA “ALAAS” un korporatīvās sociālās atbildības vecināšanu Austrumlatgales reģionā, kā arī formulēt ieteikumus uzņēmuma korporatīvās sociālās atbildības pilnveidošanai. Darba rezultāts ir uzņēmuma SIA “ALAAS” korporatīvās sociālās atbildības koncepcija. Iegūto datu un to analīzes rezultātā tiek izvirzīti secinājumi par korporatīvās sociālās atbildības īstenošanu Austrumlatgales reģionā un priekšlikumi par korporatīvās sociālās atbildības uzlabošanu Austrumlatgales reģiona sabiedrības labā.

The problem of the research: the impact of the company ALAAS Ltd. in Eastern Latgale region by implementing corporate social responsibility. The aim of the research - based on the theoretical aspects of corporate social responsibility and the results of empirical research, to analyse the implementation of corporate social responsibility in the company ALAAS Ltd., including the impact of corporate social responsibility on the company "ALAAS" and the promotion of corporate social responsibility in the Eastern Latgale region, as well as to formulate recommendations for improving the corporate social responsibility of the company. The result of the research is the concept of corporate social responsibility of the company ALAAS Ltd. As a result of the obtained data and their analysis, conclusions on the implementation of corporate social responsibility in the Eastern Latgale region and proposals on the improvement of corporate social responsibility for the benefit of the society of the Eastern Latgale region are put forward.
