Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Dzīves kvalitātes izmaiņas koronāras sirds slimības pacientiem pirms un periodā līdz 3 mēnešiem pēc perkutānas transluminālas koronāras intervences ar stenta implantāciju”. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot dzīves kvalitātes izmaiņas koronāras sirds slimības pacientiem pirms un periodā līdz 3 mēnešiem pēc perkutānas transluminālas koronāras intervences ar stenta implantāciju. Pētījuma hipotēze: Pacienti subjektīvi novērtē, ka viņu dzīves kvalitāte ir uzlabojusies fiziskā, psiholoģiskā un sociālā dimensijās. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvs pētījums, pētījuma instruments – SF-36 PVO dzīves kvalitātes aptaujas anketa (SF-36 WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire). Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus un izdarot secinājumus, pētījuma izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinājās.

Bachelor's Work Theme – “Life quality changes in coronary heart disease patients before and during the period up to 3 months after percutaneous transluminal coronary interventions with stent implantation”. Purpose of the study: identify changes in quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease before and during the period up to 3 months after percutaneous transluminal coronary intervention with stent implantation. Study Hypothesis: Patients subjectively estimate that their quality of life has improved in physical, psychological and social dimensions. Research method — Quantitative Study, Study Instrument — SF-36 WHO Quality of Life Questionnaire. When compiling the results of the study and drawing conclusions, the hypothesis raised by the study was confirmed.
