Jura Rijnieka daiļrades raksturojums no 1997. līdz 2007. gadam
Pētījuma mērķis ir raksturot režisora Jura Rijnieka daiļradi laikposmā no 1997. līdz 2007. gadam un atklāt cēloņus, kādēļ J. Rijnieks vairs aktīvi nenodarbojas ar režiju, lai gan viņš ir viens no nedaudzajiem latviešu režisoriem, kas sekmīgi pievērsies jauniešu auditorijai un kuru interesē nacionālā tēma teātra mākslā. Cēlonis J. Rijnieka pārtraukšanai aktīvi pievērsties teātrim meklējams viņa neveiksmīgajā darbībā Jaunā Rīgas teātra laikā, pildot teātra mākslinieciskā vadītāja pienākumus.
Pētījuma pamatā ir izrāžu rekonstrukcijas, kurām kā avoti ir izmantoti latviešu teātra zinātnieku un kritiķu raksti, kā arī intervijas ar J. Rijnieku, Ē. Vilsonu, J. Bartkeviču un L.Ulberti.
Darba pamatā ir antropoloģiskā jeb cilvēkpētniecības metode, aprakstot J. Rijnieka personību;
Review of Juris Rijnieks’ Creative Work (1997 – 2007) The aim of the research is to describe the creative work of Juris Rijnieks in the period 1997 - 2007 and to reveal the causes of his passivity in direction regardless of the fact that he is one of a few Latvian directors who has turned to creating works for youth and who is interested in the national issue in the theatrics. One of the causes is his unsuccessful activity in The New Riga Theatre, where he was the art director. The research is based on the show reconstructions, which are sourced on the writings of Latvian dramatic critics and scholars, also interviews with J.Rijnieks, Ē.Vilsons, J.Bartkevičs, L.Ulberte. There is method used in the research: anthropological or human research method, describing J.Rijniek’s personality.
