Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Cesijas problemātika un nepieciešamie uzlabojumi”. Civillikuma  devītā nodaļa par prasījumu tiesību cesiju nav grozīta vai papildināta kopš 1937.gada 28.janvāra,  līdz ar to ir skaidrs, ka minētais regulējums ir novecojis un ir nepieciešami uzlabojumi.  Bakalaura darba mērķi ir: analizēt cesijas jēdzienu un nozīmi; noskaidrot vai līgumiskā  cesija ir kauzāls vai abstrakts darījums; izmantojot tiesu praksi, aplūkot līgumiskās cesijas un  paziņošanas trūkumus; izstrādāt nepieciešamos uzlabojumus; noskaidrot kādas tiesiskās sekas  rodas trešajai personai, izdarot izpildījumu parādnieka vietā. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "The problematics of assignment and possible improvements" Since the ninth chapter of the Civil Law regarding the assignment of rights has not been amended or supplemented since January 28, 1937, it is evident that the existing regulation is outdated and in need of improvements. The objectives of the bachelor's thesis are to analyze the concept and significance of assignment, determine whether contractual assignment is a causal or abstract transaction, examine the deficiencies in contractual assignment and notification through the use of case law, develop necessary improvements, and ascertain the legal consequences for third parties when performing obligations on behalf of the debtor.
