Vēlā devona bruņuzivs Bothriolepis ciecere 3D digitālā rekonstrukcija

Abstract

Šajā darbā autors ir izveidojis pirmo vēlā devona bruņuzivs Bothriolepis ciecere trīsdimensiju rekonstrukciju. Šī modeļa izveide dod iespēju padziļināti pētīt sugas morfoloģiju un paleoekoloģiju, iegūt pilnīgākas zināšanas par pagātnes ekosistēmu, apmainīties ar datiem ar zinātniskajiem centriem. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, modeļa izveidei tika izmantotas fotogrammetrijas un 3D lāzerskenēšanas (ar Shining EinScan Pro HD skeneri) metodes. Modelēšanā tika izmantotas programmas Agisoft Metashape Professional, EinScan S7 un Blender. Tika veikts salīdzinājums ar B. canadensis 3D modeli un iepriekš publicēto B. ciecere 2D rekonstrukciju. Tika novērtēti metožu trūkumi un priekšrocības, kā arī precizētas B. ciecere skeleta proporcijas.

In this thesis, the author has created the first three-dimensional reconstruction of the Late Devonian antiarchan placoderm Bothriolepis ciecere. Creation of this model gives an opportunity to study the morphology and paleoecology of this species in depth, to acquire deeper knowledge on the ancient ecosystem, learn, and exchange data with scientific centres. In order to achieve the main goal of the research, photogrammetry and 3D laser scanning methods (using Shining EinScan Pro HD scan) were used to create the model. Agisoft Metashape Professional, EinScan S7 and Blender programmes were used. A comparison with the 3D model of B. canadensis and previously published 2D reconstruction of B. ciecere is made. The disadvantages and advantages of the methods were identified, and the proportions of skeletal structure of B. ciecere was clarified.
