Abstract
Bakalaura darbā „Kvalifikācijas prasības, stājoties advokatūrā, un tālākizglītības pienākums” tiek aplūkots un izpētīts izvirzīto kvalifikācijas prasību saturs. Pētījuma gaitā autors pierāda advokāta kvalifikācijas prasību paaugstināšanas un tālākizglītības pienākuma nepieciešamību tiesu sistēmā, izvērtējot tiesu sistēmai piederīgu personu viedokļus, normatīvos aktus, judikatūru un zinātnisku rakstus. Pētījuma gaitā tiek analizētas Latvijas advokatūru regulējošās tiesību normas, kas skar advokātu profesionālo kvalifikāciju un tālākizglītību.
Bachelor thesis "Qualification requirements entering advocates and requirements of legal education" is comprehensive study of the content of historical and modern qualification require-ments for lawyers. During the research, the author demonstrates the necessity of qualification re-quirements and obligation of further education in the judicial system, considering persons opin-ions, regulations, case law and scholarly articles. The study analyses the regulatory rules of Lat-vian legal profession, which affects qualification requirements of the legal profession and further legal education.
