Abstract
Kvalifikācijas darba tēma: Pedagogu un vecāku sadarbība 1.5-3 gadīgu bērnu adaptācijas sekmēšanai pirmsskolā. Darba autore: Sofija Zarandija-Garjāne. Darba mērķis: izzināt pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības iespējas agrīnās bērnības vecumposma bērnu adaptācijas sekmēšanai pirmsskolā. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek skaidrots adaptācijas jēdziens un to veidi, sniegts agrīnā vecumposma bērnu attīstības raksturojums adaptācijas aspektā, tiek raksturotas agrīnā vecumposma bērnu adaptācijas īpatnības un to ietekmējošie faktori dažādu autoru atziņās, kā arī uzskaitītas pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības iespējas veiksmīgas adaptācijas īstenošanai. Darba empīriskajā daļā autore apraksta veikto pētījumu, kura gaitā tika veikti: •vecāku anketēšana ar mērķi noteikt bērnu pašreizējo attīstības pakāpi un viņu potenciālās attīstības iespējas; •pedagoģiskais novērojums - dažādu bērnu darbību praktiskā vērošana, iegūto datu analīze, salīdzināšana un izvērtēšana, nepieciešamo lēmumu pieņemšana pedagoģiskā procesa koriģēšanai; •pedagoģiskā izmēģinājumdarbība - dažādu pasākumu organizēšana pedagogu un vecāku saziņas un sadarbības veicināšanai ar mērķi noteikt izmaiņas sadarbības rezultātā; •atkārtotā anonīma anketēšana ar mērķi apkopot vecāku atziņas par sadarbību ar pirmsskolas pedagogiem bērnu-jaunpienācēju adaptācijas procesa sekmēšanai. Balstoties uz veiktās pedagoģiskās un psiholoģiskās literatūras analīzi un īstenotā pētījuma rezultātiem, autore ir izstrādājusi ieteikumus pedagogiem un vecākiem agrīna vecumposma bērnu adaptācijas procesa veicināšanai pirmsskolā. Kvalifikācijas darba noslēgumā autore secina, ka pedagogu un ģimenes komunikācija pozitīvi ietekmē bērnu-jaunpienācēju pielāgošanās jaunajai videi, kā arī paaugstina vecāku atbalstu bērnam un uzticību pirmsskolai. Darbs izstrādāts uz 50 lapām, tajā ir iekļautas 2 tabulas, 6 attēli un pievienoti 7 pielikumi, kopumā darbā izmantoti 37 literatūras avoti. The qualification work theme is as follows: Cooperation between Teachers and Parents to promote adaptation of 1.5-3-year-old children in preschool. Author of the work: Sofija Zarandija-Garjāne. The objective of the work: to explore the possibilities of cooperation between teachers and parents to promote early-age children’s adaptation in preschool. The theoretical part of the work explains the concept of adaptation and its types, provides a description of the development of early-age children in the aspect of adaptation, describes the peculiarities of adaptation of early-age children and the factors influencing it in the findings of various authors, as well as lists the possibilities for cooperation between teachers and parents for successful adaptation. In the empirical part of the work, the author describes the study carried out: •a questionnaire on parents to determine the children’s current level of development and their potential development opportunities; •pedagogical observation – practical observation of various children’s activities, analysis of obtained data, comparison and evaluation, necessary decision-making to correct the pedagogical process; •pedagogical testing – organization of various events to promote communication and cooperation between teachers and parents with a view to identifying changes as a result of cooperation; •repeated anonymous questionnaire to gather parents’ insights on cooperation with preschool teachers for children-newcomers adaptation process. Based on the analysis of the pedagogical and psychological literature carried out and the results of the research carried out, the author has developed recommendations for teachers and parents to promote early-age children’s adaptation process in preschool. At the end of the qualification work, the author concludes that communication between teachers and family has a positive impact on the adaptation of children-newcomers to the new environment, as well as increases parents’ support for the child and confidence in pre-school. The work has been developed on 50 pages, it contains 2 tables, 6 pictures and 7 attachments, a total of 37 literature sources are used in the work.
