Mazo uzņēmumu darbības un attīstības problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums ir „Mazo uzņēmumu darbības un attīstības problēmas Latvijā”. Problēmas būtība ir tā, ka mazie uzņēmumi ir uzskatami par galveno uzņēmējdarbības, nodarbinātības, kā arī sociālais sabiedrību pamatu. Tomēr mazie uzņēmumi ir visjūtīgākie attiecībā uz izmaiņām uzņēmējdarbības vidē. Tātad, nepieciešams radīt vislabāko vidi, kāda ir iespējama mazo uzņēmumu darbībai un attīstībai. Pētījuma mērķis ir apskatīt esošo mazo uzņēmumu situāciju Latvijas tirgū, novērtēt mazo uzņēmumu efektīvas darbības un attīstības iespējas, raksturot ar to saistošas problēmas. Izskatot problēmu būtību rezultātā tiek piedāvāti risinājumi, kā samazināt vai izvairīties no tām problēmām.

The title of the master work is “Problems of activity and development of small-sized enterprises in Latvia”. Essence of a problem, that small enterprises are considered as the main basis of business, employment, and as social society. However, small enterprises the most sensitive to changes in the enterprise environment. Means, it is necessary to create the best environment what is possible for activity and development of small enterprises. The purpose of research to examine a current situation for small enterprises in the Latvian market to estimate efficiency of activity and an opportunity of development, to describe with it the connected problems. Having considered essence of problems, as a result it is offered decisions how to reduce or get rid of a problem.
