Sociālā aprūpes centra klientu motivēšana veselīga dzīvesveida īstenošanai

Abstract

Klienti iestājoties sociālā aprūpes centrā ir mazkustīgi, nevīžīgi, kūtri. Problēmas būtība ir, ka nevienmēr klienti iesaistās fiziskās aktivitātēs un ievēro veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Bakalaura darba tēma – ”Sociālā aprūpes centra klientu motivēšana veselīga dzīvesveida īstenošanai.” Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka: Pētījuma aktualitāte un iegūtie rezultāti varētu pozitīvi ietekmēt sociālā aprūpes centra klientu motivāciju ievērot veselīgu dzīvesveidu. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt sociālā centra klientu motivāciju, ievērot veselīgu dzīvesveidu un iespējas veicināt šo motivāciju. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir 1. analizēt D. Oremas māszinību teoriju saistībā ar bakalaura darba tēmu, 2. veikt pieejamās zinātniskās literatūras analīzi par motivāciju saistībā ar veselīga dzīvesveida īstenošanas pamatprincipiem, 3. sastādīt aptaujas anketu sociālā aprūpes centra klientiem un veikt aptauju 4. veikt iegūto pētījuma rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi, 5. izstrādāt secinājumus un ieteikumus. Izvirzīta hipotēze/ pētniecības jautājums: Aprūpes centra klientes – sievietes ir vairāk motivētas ievērot veselīgu dzīvesveidu nekā vīrieši. Pētniecības instruments: pašaizpildes anketa 19 jautājumiem sociālā aprūpes centra klientiem. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīvā. Pētījuma sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze, ka aprūpes centra klientes – sievietes ir vairāk motivētas ievērot veselīgu dzīvesveidu, nekā vīrieši ir apstiprinājusies.

The aim of the work is to explore the motivations of social centrecustomers, to res pect healthy lifestyles and opportunities to promotethis motivation. Research tasks 1. to analyse D. Orema's teaching theory in relation to the subject ofthe bachelor's work, 2. to carry out an analysis of the available scientific literature on themotivation for the fundamental principles of the implementation ofhealthy lifestyles; 3. sastādīt aptaujas anketu sociālā aprūpes klientiem un veikt aptauju 4. to carry out the collection and analysis of the results of the studyobtained; 5. Develop conclusions and recommendations Nominated hypothesis/research issue: Care Center’s clients – women are more motivated to respect healthy lifestyles than men. Research tool: a self filling questionnaire for 19 issues for the socialcare centre customers. Method of research — quantitative. At the beginning of the study, the hypothesis that the care centre’s clients – women are more motivated to adhere to a healthy lifestyle than men have confirmed.
