Abstract
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to explore the role of pharmacists in providing ergonomic counseling and pharmacotherapy solutions for patients with musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) caused by prolonged technology use. Data collection included an anonymous survey and two interviews – one with a pharmacist and one with a physiotherapist – to understand their roles in prevention, use of digital tools, and overall experience in this area. The results indicate that pharmacists play a significant role in patient education on ergonomic principles, proper body posture, MSD prevention, and appropriate medication use for pain management, while also highlighting the need for closer collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
