Ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaiste Uzbekistānai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaiste Uzbekistānā. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir sistematizēt teorētiskos uzskatus un praktiskos pasākumus ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaistīšanai un identificēt investīcijām labvēlīgu vidi vietējā tautsaimniecībā ekonomiskās modernizācijas ietvaros. Darba pirmā, teorētiskā, daļa satur izpēti, pamatojoties uz ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaisti un stimulus ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaistei. Darba otrajā daļā tiek definētas ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas Uzbekistānā, galvenokārt no Uzbekistānas Republikas tiesību regulējuma par ārvalstu investīciju atvieglojumiem, kas paredzēti ārvalstu investoriem Uzbekistānā un ārvalstu tiešo investīciju plūsmai Uzbekistānā. Bakalaura darba praktiskajā daļā autors ir analizējis izpēti, kas veikta, balstoties uz intervijas-pētījumu pārskatu ar vairāku Uzbekistānas īpašo industriālo zonu kopuzņēmumu pārstāvjiem par ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaisti ekonomiskās modernizācijas kontekst.

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is The Attraction of Foreign Direct Investment to Uzbekistan. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to systematize theoretical views and practical activities in attracting foreign direct investment and to identify a favorable investment environment in the national economy in context of economic modernization. The theoretical first part contains a research on the bases of attracting foreign direct investment and incentives for attracting foreign direct investment, and the second part defines foreign direct investment in Uzbekistan, mainly, Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on foreign and privileges for foreign investors in Uzbekistan and inflow of foreign direct investment in Uzbekistan. Within the Practical Part of the Bachelor thesis, the author has analyzed a research related interview-survey review with the representatives of some joint venture companies in special industrial zones of Uzbekistan for attracting foreign direct investment in the context of economic modernization.
