Abstract
FIBU Lietvedība ir informācijas sistēma dokumentu reģistrēšanai, virzībai un apstrādei, ko izmantopašvaldības, kā arī to pakļautās iestādes. Mans uzdevums bija esošajai sistēmai pievienot 'Atgādinājumu funkcionalitāti’, kas ļautu lietotājiem uzstādīt atgādinājumus priekš izvēlētiem dokumentiem. Galvenais uzdevums, izstrādājot darbu, bija izveidot atgādinājuma moduli, kurā, ievadot atgādinājumā tekstu un datumu, ir iespēja uzstādīt atgādinājumu dokumentam.
FIBU is an information system which is being used for recording, tracking progress and processing documents. It is used by local government and also their subsidiary companies. My task was to add to the existing system "Reminder functionality”, which would allow users to set reminders for the selected documents. The main goal was to create a reminder module, which would provide a possibility for users to enter the reminder text and the date and give an opportunity to set a reminder for the chosen document.
