Abstract

Biogēno amīnu noteikšana, izmantojot augsti efektīvo šķidrumu hromatogrāfiju. Rimoviča K., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm., pētnieks Antons Podjava. Eksperimentālajā daļā analizēti sešu biogēno amīnu standarti, mobilās fāzes vides pH ietekme, kā arī astoņu kolonnu ietekme uz joslu izšķiršanu, izmantojot augsti efektīvo šķidruma hromatogrāfiju ar fluorescences detektēšanu.

The literature review part summarizes information about biogenic amines, their functions, determination methods as well as derivatization procedures and the use of the fluorescence detector for their detection. High performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector have been used during the experimental part to analyse six biogenic amine standarts, mobile phase pH and columns influence on signal resolution.
