Abstract
Atlēkušo bumbu nozīmīgums veiksmīgai basketbola bumbai un jaunu tehniku pielietošana tieši treniņos var dot lielu ieguldījumu šajā procesā. Detalizēti izpētot lecamauklas pielietošanu un potenciāli novērtējot tās pozitīvo ietekmi uz rezultātiem, tā varētu tikt plašāk integrēta basketbola treniņos un veicināt sportistu attīstību. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Apzināt un analizēt pieejamo literatūru; 2.Izstrādāt teorētiski pamatotu treniņu metodiku, kurā lecamaukla tiek integrēts kā galvenais līdzeklis basketbolistu lēcienu veiktspējas un reakcijas ātruma uzlabošanai; 3.Organizēt eksperimentālu treniņprocesu ar basketbolistu grupu; 4.Veikt sistēmisku datu vākšanu un analīzi, lai novērtētu lecamaukla izmantošanas ietekmi uz basketbolistu fizisko un tehnisko prasmju attīstību. Pētījuma metodes - literatūras analīze, eksperimentālā metode, kvantitatīvā analīze, kvalitatīvā analīze, salīdzinošā analīze, metodoloģiskā izstrāde. Joprojām pastāv liela individuālā variācija gan garuma, gan lēcienu rezultātos. Katrs audzēkns attīstās atšķirīgā tempā, kas var būt rezultāts dažādiem faktoriem, piemēram, genētikai, treniņu intensitātei un ikdienas dzīvesveidam. Lecamauklas izmantošana sportā sniedz efektīvu veidu lēciena spēju uzlabošanai, veicinot precīzu kustību koordināciju, muskuļu izturību un tehniskās prasmes. Šī metode palīdz attīstīt ne tikai fizisko sagatavotību, bet arī uzlabot lēciena tehniku, kas būtiski ietekmē sporta veiksmīgumu un minimizē traumu risku. Research tasks: 1. Identify and analyze the available literature; 2. To develop a theoretically based training methodology, in which the jump rope is integrated as the main tool for improving basketball players' jumping performance and reaction speed; 3. Organize an experimental training process with a group of basketball players; 4. To carry out systematic data collection and analysis in order to evaluate the impact of using a skipping rope on the development of physical and technical skills of basketball players. Research methods - literature analysis, experimental method, quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, comparative analysis, methodological development. There is still a large individual variation in both long and jump results. Each student develops at a different pace, which can be the result of various factors such as genetics, training intensity and daily lifestyle. The use of a skipping rope in sports provides an effective way to improve jumping ability by promoting precise movement coordination, muscle strength and technical skills. This method helps to develop not only physical fitness, but also to improve jumping technique, which significantly affects the success of sports and minimizes the risk of injuries.
